To the world you may be just one person, but to one person you may be the world. -Brandi Snyder

Sorry for not posting for such a long time. My grandfather passed away last weekend and there were lots of things to do. He was a great man, probably not a very devoted husband but extraordinary anyway. He gave me my name; he gave me a large part of my cultural heritage. I gave him my love and many times he became my world. Requiescat in pace.

I am so, so sorry. My deepest sympathies to you.

Beautiful post. Yes we sometimes forget what we may mean to others and they to us! What a nice memorial to your grandpa.

I'm so sorry for your loss! I have no wise words to offer, only know that we don't forget, or get over it, we just learn to live without.
